1.) Minimum Subscription Period. The company reserves the right to impose a one (1) year minimum lock in period starting the date of activation. Should the client fail to complete this they may be charged a Termination Fee. This fee is computed as per the stated amount in the job order.
2.) Late Payment shall be imposed once the client fails to pay their bill after five (5) days of their due date. After ten (10) days of non-payment the account will then be disconnected After 10 days of non-payment, the account will then be disconnected, and the client will be charged a Reconnection Fee.
3.) Leased Equipment. These may be provided by the company. Including Modems, Routers, and any additional equipment that have been bundled and are still within the 1-year lock-in period. The client shall be responsible in their safe keeping and thus not allowed to make changes or alterations. Client shall be liable for any loss and damage to these equipments and should be received in good order and condition. All leased equipment shall be returned to the company upon termination of this equipment
4.) Excess Equipment. Client may be charged for additional equipment added outside of the Job Order.
5.) Limited Internet. By subscribing to packages with usage allowance, the Subscriber understands and agrees that the
Internet connection shall be limited to the package he subscribed to. Subscriber has no right by any means to attempt to alter
or access the system for whatever purposes he may have.
6.) Change of Package. Should the client of above package intend to change to/from another plan, this will take effect on the next billing cycle.
7.) Installations and Change of Address. Only the Company and its authorized employees and representatives are allowed to make all installations, connections, extensions, transfers of any equipment and materials. Client shall be charged for any damage done by unauthorized installations.
8.) Technical Support. Technical Support shall be available 8:00AM to 10:00PM. If on-site visitation is required, it shall be scheduled within 8:00AM to 5:00PM, the visitation shall then be scheduled on the next day if it falls outside these hours.
9.) Rebate. If problems occur and if it results to disconnection of more than 1 day, The client may be issued a rebate.
10.) Discounts. Discounts may be issued as per available promos and offers. These discounts will be applied on the next billing period
11.) PC or LAN related fault service. The Service Provided reserves the right to charge the Subscriber for a service fee if service personnel has identified the problem to be PC-related or within Subscriber’s LAN.
12.) Responsibilities of Subscriber. Subscriber shall provide and make available and ready the necessary ducts, pipes or conduits for the System, as well as provide, at its expense, the electrical power necessary for the installation, testing and commissioning of the System based on electrical requirement information supplied by Company. Subscriber shall facilitate and allow/grant authorized representatives from the Company any access to the Subscriber’s Premises as well as to prospective Subscriber’s unit/s for the purpose of installing and/or maintaining the System. Subscriber shall ensure security
of the System by providing a secure location for System equipment in accordance with submitted design, routine security checks of said location and allowing only Company authorized personnel/agents access to the System.
